Job Title: Key Accounts/Business Development Executive

Our headquarters is in Colorado, with sales offices in the US and London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close and service high priced legal consulting services with long sales cycles
  • Build long-term relationships with highly educated, sophisticated clients
  • Have a proven track record in developing new business
  • Work independently yet demonstrate strong collaborative team-player skills
  • Need to think both creatively and factually (right brain/left brain)
  • Travel occasionally to other countries
  • Have a college degree and preferably 5 plus years sales experience
  • Like giving presentations to large and small groups in person and online
  • Legal knowledge helpful

Qualifications:

  • Have achieved success selling professional consulting services to senior level decision makers in corporations or law firms.
  • Experience selling internationally across different time zones.
  • Experience working independently from home yet have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, team player with optimistic attitude.
  • Professional, responsive customer service skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.

Z Axis offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

This position is base, plus commission and bonuses and benefits. There is no cap on commissions. Our sales team works from home and live within a short commute from London. The position requires setting up weekly meetings in London (as allowed), virtual meetings, and presentations and online appointments with clients in other countries.
