FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

TRIAL PRESENTATION TECHNOLOGY EXPERTS, Z-AXIS, TO BE FEATURED ON TV IN COURT TV'S PREMIERE OF "EXTREME EVIDENCE - WORLD TRADE CENTER" AS WELL AS AN UPCOMING PBS SHOW ON THE WORLD TRADE CENTER

DENVER, COLO, SEPTEMBER 25, 2003Z-Axis, the nationally acclaimed trial presentation technology and visual communications experts, will be featured on Court TV's premiere of its new series, "Extreme Evidence - World Trade Center", which will air on September 29th at 6:30 p.m. (Mountain Time). The series will examine how high-tech graphics are used in litigation.

The series premiere focuses on the 1988 Pepcon explosion case and the investigation into what occurred when the plant exploded. The explosion was caused by the improper storage of the rocket fuel ammonium perchlorate. Z-Axis, along with principal attorneys Neil Galatz, Gene Backus & Mark Ferrario, went to work on behalf of nearly 40 insurance companies, reconstructing what the plant looked like prior to the explosion and recreated the sequence of events that led to the huge explosion. The computer-animated recreations along with aerial photographs, live video and photogrammatic overlays, were instrumental in the rendering of a favorable settlement on behalf of the insurance companies.

Z-Axis' work will also be featured in an upcoming PBS program on the World Trade Center, for which the date has yet to be announced. Z-Axis' involvement in the World trade Center is in the case of World Trade Center insurance litigation, the highest-stakes litigation of our history. In the support of the engineering evaluation of the aircraft impacts and collapse of the towers, Z-Axis developed unprecedented systems and procedures to create revealing animations from the massive amount of data that resulted from the engineer's calculations. In addition, Z-Axis' video investigative analysis played a roll in establishing the engineering model of the aircraft impacts on the towers. The funds to rebuild the World Trade Center will be determined by a trial where the jury will see the case through the animations and exhibits that Z-Axis has created. Z-Axis has been working with the engineering firm of Weidlinger Associates, whose representative, Najib Abboud, will be interviewed for the PBS piece and who will utilize Z-Axis' presentation materials to tell the story.
